Job Profile |
Definition of future service offers to increase business with Claas Group.
Stepwise building of sections for handling different R&D tasks.
Ensure practise of Engineering procedures and guidlines ( CATIA, VPM....) in the department.
Definition of necessary actions for qualification for staff in the department.
Definition of a systematic process for handling projects (acceptance, handling, review, control, conclude / eveluate)
Control and steer projects ( in terms of quality, costs, time)
Initiate actions to improve product profitability, quality, competitiveness.
Lead / administrate the employees to realize the department project roadmap.
Responsibility in terms of profitability (sales figures, costs,....) and to build up a mid term plan.
Compliance with Engineering Services budget.
Acquisition of orders from the BU Grain / Claas group according to the roadmap, Experience in handling European / American customers .
Provide technical support and gyuidance to the team for projects. |
