Industry prference - Automotive, Heavy Engineering. Nature of work experience - Leadership experience in machine shop / fabrication/ welding and assembly/ Integration in a medium to large industry. - Experience in heavy but low volume, high precision components manufacturing. - Knowledge of the latest technology in machining and cutting tool industry and the trends in machine shop. - Can lead the shop floor and set up the manufacturing processes and quality systems. - Hands on experience in setting up the manufacturing process and machines. V. Competencies: a) Functional - Knowledge of world class best practices related to manufacturing. - Knowledge of ISO certifications.
