Work Experience : 2 to 3 years for BE, 4-6 years for Diploma, in similar position
Job duties :
1.Organizing daily work at Shop floor,
2.Procure and manage operational equipment and consumables to support operations,
3.Investigating problems facing the assembly process and finding appropriate solutions to them,
4.Following up with the Planning, and Purchasing departments, upon shortages,
5.Reporting quality problems to quality, and design departments,
6.Ensure proper House keeping,
7.Development of Operator through multi-skill,
8.Adherence to Safety rules,
9.ERP (Navision) user,
10.Awareness on lean manufacturing principles.
