Development of New Franchisee – From 1st time interaction to starting of business (Offline and Online).
2. Development of Remisers, Channel Partners.
3. LMS – Lead Generation and Lead Management.
4. Co-ordination with internal departments – Compliance, Legal, Operation for query resolution.
5. Providing support to Franchisee for better performance and revenue generation.
6. Other Products-Mutual Fund, IPO, Commodity, PMS thru Franchisees.
7. Development of new offerings for franchisees e.g. special schemes etc.
